CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 435(JUD) An Act making corrective                        
amendments to the Alaska Statutes as recommended by the revisor                
of statutes; and providing for an effective date which had been held           
in second reading (page 3034) was before the Senate.                           
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
